We use information to provide the dashboard, generate drafts, remember user-approved content patterns, schedule posts, publish approved videos, verify integrations, troubleshoot errors, and maintain service security.
3. Platform data
If you connect TikTok or another social platform, CommonAdd uses the access you authorize only to support requested features such as account verification, content preparation, and publishing approved posts.
4. Storage and security
Credentials and tokens are stored for the purpose of operating connected integrations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect stored credentials and limit access to what is necessary for the service to work.
5. Sharing
CommonAdd may send content and account data to the AI providers and social platforms selected by the user. We do not sell personal information.
6. User choices
You can remove connected accounts, delete stored credentials, stop scheduled publishing, and revoke platform access through the relevant social platform settings.
